Neglected formed
out of the ashes of Positive Outlook in 1988, continuing in the same vein, but taking it up several notches with a more hardcore attack. Several PO tracks are reworked here, bordering on the crossover approach of contemporaries such as D.R.I., Cro-Mags, Suicidal Tendencies & Attitude Adjustment.
